Its a small universe.

Ok, the guys at IBM are at it again and I can’t help myself.  First, there was “A Boy and His Atom,” which I told you about earlier this week.  Apparently, the geeks at IBM cannot wait for the new “Star Trek: Into Darkness” movie to come out.  Frankly, I can’t either.

“These images were made by precisely moving hundreds of atoms with a two-ton microscope, operating at a temperature of -268 Celsius and magnified 100 million times,” IBM stated.

You will need to download the “Star Trek: Into Darkness” app available on both iOS and Android to see the other images the men at IBM made.  The images include: the USS Enterprise, a Vulcan hand salute and the logo for the movie itself.  It is a small universe indeed.

Live long and prosper, y’all!
